RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY
Franklin’s Bar – Returns Policy
We want you to love your Franklin’s Bar merch. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on drinkware, opened products, or sale items unless they arrive faulty.
- Exchanges: If you need a different size, let us know. We’ll swap it for you if stock is available.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you at no extra cost.

- International: 10–20 business days. Shipping times may vary due to customs or postal delays.
- Processing Times: Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 AUD (Australia only). Local Pickup: Local pickup is available. We will contact you when your order is ready.
- Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
- Lost or Delayed Parcels: Once dispatched, shipping is handled by our delivery partners. If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us at joel@franklinsbar.com and we’ll help track it down.
